Upcycled Skirt and Top

This outfit was made with a dress that I reconstructed into this skirt and top combo. The top is empire waist and has a flowy bottom. Top will best fit up to a size 36 (and A or B bra cup size). The skirt is a size 6 (to Abercrombie standards).
